I'm also facing similar issue with logging into DS.
In my case there is a web dispatcher layer between client tools and the tomcat. I'm not sure if this will matter, but i found Crystal Enterprise need to connect to the Tomcat directly. Is it the same case with DS as well ?
Experts in DS, kindly help to know if DS also needs to directly connect to the WebServer Tomcat ?
