SAP CRM : How to add parameter values in URL ?

Hi Team

I have created a report for addition of 2 numbers and display the result.

I have created T code for the report ZAN_ADD_OPEN.

I am able to get this report in internet browser also

The URL that i have created for this is :

http://crmserver.vj.com:8078/sap/bc/gui/sap/its/webgui?~transaction=ZAN_ADD_OPEN&sap-system-login-basic_auth=X&sap-clien…

If you pass values to Parameter 1 and Parameter 2 and press execute button, it throws the output correctly

Now my requirement is :

I want to get the output screen (screenshot below) directly , when i call the URL from WEBUI.

Can you please help me on creating the URL in which i can pass parameter values with execution of the program

so that i will directly get the result page .
