If stock is not there in one plant system will pick another plant

Dear sd experts

I have one doubt plz let me know

in my company we have differnt company codes and Espicially CHINA Has 25 plants like 9000,9002,9003,9004,9006

Now if user is creating sales order with 9000 plant

now in case if stock is not there in 9000 plant system automatically should pick 9002.

even 9002 is not stock system should pick 9003

I hope this is not possible in sap standerd

plz let me know....
