This is not possible, since it is not the requirement.
The requirement is a subtotal for dimension 3 based on entries in dimension 4 (Z1). As already mentioned, using a fixed SUM formula will not work since the report is dynamic and there might be a different number of Z1's. So a need a formula which checks if the entry for dimension 4 is Z1 and calculating the sum for these entries.
