can you check Administration --> System Initialisation --> General Settings --> Services --> History log value?
If you have 99, you have to reduce it. If this value is 99 you could have 99 records in ACRD table for each BP. Check this table and AITM, and maybe you find the reason.
One point, I reduced this value in a big database: the lof file grows too much; I think you can do it in two or three steps and with no users logged on.
You have to shrink log file from database.
