check OSS Note 1670504 (AC 10.0 Risk Owner Workflow Agent...).
Implementing this notes provides you "Risk Owner" agent for MSMP workflow, that you can then assign as approver in SoD detour. When we implemented this, Risk Owner agent was not provided via the standard BC Set for MSMP.
Once you have this in place you can assign owners to each risk (in NWBC > Setup > Access Risks), for example:
H001 - Owner_1
P001 - Owner_2
-> When the SoD detour is triggered (e.g. request submitted by role owner with not-mitigated violations), workflow then sends the request to all appropriate Risk Owners for further approval.
