If you dont want to go for AS91 - Legacy Data Transfer.
Better to use ABNAN transaction with actual value date of asset. System will calculate the previous period depreciation and post in accumulation GL account. Net Book value will be posted in your operation expense acccount. from where you are transfer to respective account.
