reversal of unintentional retro calculations

Here is the situation we have:

Employee has been terminated in 2013.

Several pay periods later, his infotype 0167 was modified: end date 31.12.9999 was replaced by the employee’s last working day date.

As a result, retro was forced for this employee as of his last working day, and there are WT's /001, /099, /840 in RT for the current pay period.

Is it possible to reverse that, and what exactly should be done?

And how to prevent that from happening? 'Earl.pers. RA date’ in the IT0003 could be set to the beginning of the pay period 01 of the current year during termination action, to avoid those situations when retro is forced unintentionally, but to allow changing that date if needed, what do you think of that?

Thanks for all your inputs and advices!
