You can write a PCR for this issue.

Use VARSTFIRST to control of it is first time pair in TIP table. If it is you can use HRS=PBEG to read first clock of time pair.

Use VARSTLAST to control if time pair is last one. Then you can use HRS=PEND to read lats clock of time pair.
