That is a possibility and if that is the case then simply running the CR 2008 MSI should ad those dlls to the install.
Rohan, download the MSI from here:

All you nee to do after the download is unzip and double click on the MSI. This MSI is from Service Pack 4. It may work - as long as the 3rd party did not install higher version Service Pack.
Please note that these are shots in the dark so to speak and it may break the whole app. And in that case you will have to uninstall the above MSI and to a repair or reinstall of the app.
