i assume, you're talking of messagetype HRMD_A.

AFAIK there isn't a segment for IT 2002 in the first place, so let's just talk about IT 0015.

(the basics would be the same for IT 2002)

So here's what to do:

Go to TA WE31, create a new Segment (Z1P0015) as copy of DDIC structure ASSOB_HR

In TA WE30, create an extension of HRMD_A09 (or whichever basic type you use)

Mark the infotype segment (e.g. E1P0015) and click on create

Fill in the name of your segment type

Now you have successfully created an extension for message type HRMD_A

Still, you have to populate your extension.

This you can do in Badi for IF HRALE00OUTBOUND_IDOC

in method IF_EX_HRALE00OUTBOUND_IDOC~IDOC_DATA_FOR_RECEIVER_MODIFY
