We have successfully managed to send Inquiry form e.g. Witness Statement Form from the EHSM Portal to Outlook. The form is opened and responded to and sent back to the configured email address linked to the form.
The inbound settings in SCOT is maintained:
After submitting your form, I check the status of the workflow SWIA for WS00500002
Workflow is without error - waiting for reply
I checked log in SLG1 transaction for the object "EHHSS_BO_INC". I don't see any log which means that SAP did not received the mail.
I tested the form manually from SAP using the below program "R_EHHSS_TEST_FORM_INBOUND" and found a Problem with the Service Manager. Can someone share solution here

Can you please assist me to understand what settings are missing to get the resolution to get workitems from the Exchange server to Portal
