Hi Vadim, I can't show screenshot of real admin client because the PLACE dimensión is just an easy example to work with. I am working with different dimensions and in another language. 
I don't quite understand your suggestion as in my row axis header for the subtotals I have the local member formula for the Subtotals and not the countries as your attachment shows.
I attach my situation. Can you please explain how you would exclude some subtotals.
