Rex: Troubleshooting for Surveys and Journals Not Visible in iOS Device

You have created surveys templates in the Customizing of CRM and assigned them to activities. Similarly, you have also created journals and assigned them to activities.  But these surveys and journals are not visible in the Activities tab.  This could be due to the following reasons:

  1. The journals and surveys will show up in the Activities section only if the templates contain fields.  In the Overview page for journals and surveys, an arrow beside each journal and survey indicates that the journals and surveys contain fields. If this arrow mark is missing, the journals and surveys will not be visible in the assigned activity. Essentially, the journals and surveys should have fields and they should not be blank.
  2. Validity check fails as sales organization is not available for the journals.
