Tx solman_setup > Managed systems > click on your SID (Java System Type) > System operations drop down > maintain system > Advanced button > Resynchronize Technical System > select your correct SLD.
Ensure your last change date/time stamps are updating, if the information still doesn't show up in the LMDB then chances are your SLD data supplier is not working correctly to send the information.
