I think you're right when you say that the first item (number 40 in your example) shouldn't keep status "closed due to product change" when you perform a move-out in ISU (this seems to be the reason for the inconsistencies I'm experiencing). So I just opened an oss message to get this fixed... and we'll proceed further once this is OK.
But you might want to open an oss message on your side too, to give us more chance to get a note soon (i.e. before the end of year 2014).
