Problem with filtering standard table

Hi

I use filtering for standard table by this article (http://scn.sap.com/docs/DOC-36061)

But filtering not working. I must set WDUIGUIDELINE=GL11 and then working. But when I set WDUIGUIDELINE=GL20 isn't work.

But when I test filter on some client, still doesn't work. (not show filter row).

Is problem with filtering with some wersion of browser? or some browser doesn't support?
