Few questions before I try to reproduce the same from my end:
- Is that prompt a mandatory or optional one ?
- While scheduling the report, did you select any value for the prompt ?
- Are you changing the same prompt value during run-time of dashboard ?
- What is the product version you are using ?
Data retrieve time will vary with amount of data being retrieved and network speed.
