All transports logs are OK without errors but still when we try to connect SAP BW via SAP Crystal reports 2011 it gives error as below
Failed to retrieve SSO Logon ticket,contact BW Administrator
COM exception caught in CExt Toolbar::InitOpenSaveDialog()
SAP BW is on HANA ,is there anything specific to HANA need to do.
