you can add BUS2013-MEOAGREEM as a copy from EKKO-MEOAGREEM and system will be able to write the documents to Archive.
You should run Z_BUSINESS_OBJECT_CHANGE to Change from EKKO to BUS2013. This Report only changes table entries and not the archived document itself.
I would recommendd you follow note 304541 and run the Z_BUSINESS_OBJECT_CHANGE instead of MMPUR_BOR_CHANGE_ARL for Agreements.
