Thanks Abhilash, I think i tried and I think it didnt work. Let me try again as this issue has come back haunting me.
To summaries I should create 5 group headers and move those cross tabs in them. Delete the corresponding group footers and also delete the existing 5 report headers?
Then add page number to page footer
also add the group on formula at the top
