Hello all,
We are implementing the new Benetifts Enrollment WDA (we are on ehp6). Health plans and Flexible Spending/Healthcare Reimbursement enrollment steps are appearing in ESS on the enrollment screen, but Insurance Plans are not (see screenshot). We have configured Personal Accident Insurance to be an option for all new hires.
If I go to HRBEN0001, look at my test user, I can see the user IS eligible for the Pers AD & D (Personal Accident Insurance). Here is a screenshot of HRBEN0001:
I didn't do anything special for the Fliexible Benefits or Health Plans, and they are appearing as steps on the enrollment screen, but Insurance is not. Does anyone have ideas on what I may be missing?
