Thanks again for the useful advice.
1) Currently set to default 300 secs
2) Our idle connection timeout is set at 120 minutes as users were complaining get timed out of reports.
We saw these sessions limits getting reached at 9 o'clock when only 1 user was lgged in.
Also interstingly we have anothe webi porc server which deliberately disabled and not running.
The danger watch event on this was showing as true even when not running.
It seems if any webi processing server has 50 sessions or thereabouts the danger watch event is set to true.
Switched this one on and can quickly see the session count reaching nea to 50.
Now O.k.
It seems sometimes the session management becomes swamped as only seen this occassionally but what happens when does it causes all webi proc servers to be maxed out
and nothing like 200 webi reports open/being modified during day at moment.
Our Timeout before Recycling parameter set at 10000 rather than default 1200 as users were complaining getting kicked out of reports if left for longer than 20 minutes.
This one not mentioned - could this have any impact here?
