Ashish, you should refer SAP help files to get the assistance on QM functionality. There is lot in QM and providing any manuals are just not feasible.
Besides, there is plenty of material (in form of documents, discussions, blogs) available over SCN as well as internet.
I suggest you to do some search, read, do testing and post your specific queries wherever you feel you are stuck.
