Hi Santosh,
If you want to create notifications, you can add the notification type in the configuration of Inspection Type.
After you have added the required notification type in the configuration, in the example scenario you have described, after entering the results, you should record the defect for that particular MIC.
QM Notification will be triggered once the Defect is recorded.
