Hi,
BW7.x onwards we don't need BI content activation of data source at bw side.
we directly use the same one.
Lets assume this is your data flow.
Data source-->dso-->cube.
Now your data source replicated into bw and activated.
Create a info pack.
Now create DSO with required info obejcts,
Later do transformation between Data source and DSO.
Create DTP - which can pull data from PSA to DSO.
Later create info cube and add required info obejcts.
create trabsforamtions between dso and cube.
create dtp to pull data from dso to cube.
