Hi Rajneesh,

 

as the thicket is raised from a managed System, I would recommend to implement an automatic Partner Determination based in the iBase Component of the managed System(s).

 

Therefore you should build up at first an organizational model which clearly describes your organizational structure.

 

To notify the Reporter, Supportteam and/or Support Team Employee about the Status Change of the ticket and/or a provided Solution etc. you should think about to implement an E-Mail-notification.

 

 

To send a message to SAP you can use the SAP-Collaboration-Assignment-Block. For this I recommend to turn the Incident into a Problem and use the collaboration-AB of the Problem.

 

In this way you make sure that you follow the ITIL and SAP recommended Standard document flow.
