Why your both components are showing valid from date as 26.02.2015 instead your orginal item should be valid to date as 26.02.2015.
For this You should delete the BOM original item 0030 first then create new one with change number which is valid from 26.02.2015.
One more key is you are creating order before ECM valid from date that is the reason system is still determining first item only check the BOM explosion date in master data tab.
