First of all, this issue just happen with BI Content 757, all of versions before it 's so ok.
In my opinion, I try to solve this issue with simple solution, but I think there are better solution for this.
You can reference my solution, below :
1) If "Data sources" can not be shown when collecting, you can replicate Data sources again with option in Replication Popup "Deletion BW Data sources". After that, try to collect again.
2) If in collecting, just to Info source level, you will keep collecting from Info Source level after that.
3) With missing routines, I will check relevant BW objects in BI Content v7.47 to create routines missing in new BW objects in BI Content 757, do it manually, but I think just SD application has this issue.
