To encrypt configuration values according to this specification, run the SAP Mobile Platform Server executable JAR in the <SMP_HOME>\Server\tools\cipher folder:

\tools\cipher\Java –jar CLIEncrypter.jar <KEY> <TEXT> [<KEYLENGTH>]
