Hi Vamsi,
If the issue can be seen in RSPLAN, you can debug it via METHOD EXECUTE_SERVICE / CL_RSPLFR_CONTROLLER to confirm what the root cause of it.
If you cannot done it by yourself, you have to create an incident and I would like to take care of it.
