Hi Andy,
If you refer to last screen shot in the link below, you will see that you only assign the "Substitution Profile" while creating the substitute.

Looks like you are getting confused with Substitution Profile and Classification. You might have created the classifications as
- Leave
- Travel
- All
Donot create the Classifications like this. Leave them as - Professional, Disciplinary and Not Classified
Instead create Substitution profile as ( Refer Section B in link) Refer to karri last post
- Leave
- Travel
- Leave plus Travel
- ALL
Then you can group the classifications to profiles (Refer Section C) with each of newly created profiles.
