I am using Service Pack 13 from SAP Crystal Reports, developer version for Microsoft Visual Studio: Updates & Runtime Downloads. The link to the install executable is http://downloads.businessobjects.com/akdlm/cr4vs2010/CRforVS_13_0_13.exe.
Right now I am not at work and therefore unable to test whether manual installation of the SP 13 package automatically uninstalls SP 4.
I also think it might be due to missing permissions to uninstall the package.
