Hi Rajesh,

Best is to export it to excel and create multiple tab user group wise.

Give appropriate authorization to user group with sitting with customer implantation authorized person.

For example all logistic user you create one group and for financial just one group

So you don't need to set up many times.

But you question is tricky how to determine which authorization is required and which are not.

There are only two methods.

Restrict it all and allow only thing what they are doing.

Or

Allow them all and their license restrict them what they not supposed to.
