With the information you have after ICData you can run reports that show you the difference so that, if required, you can adjust the numbers. I would not change that in any way.
My script would take the input level data and copy it. Copy the data from entity 1000 to 1010 (switch entity and intco) and vice versa. This should be done on a technical account. Then copy the original data onto that same account with switching entity and intco. This will give you a 200 on one company and -200 on the other company.
You can then per company test if this amount is negative. If it is positive the script does nothing. If it is negative, you copy the original amount to another technical account both on the company itself and onto the other company where you switch entity and intco.
The result should look something like this
You would then use TACC2 as the basis for your elimination. This will eliminate 300 thus eliminating the amount on 20100000 and leave 200 as the balance on 10100000.
