Please have a look atthe knowledge base article 2072507 - "Archiving object MM_SPSTOCK ignores batch selection criteria at plant level" The archiving program MMREO020N selects all batches of a material for deletion instead of the batches in the plants maintained the archiving variant If we specify the plant in the selection critera, then also the write program is considering all the batches for other plants which are not specified. Cause: In transaction OMCE the batch level is set to material/client level. If the batch level is set at material/client level , the selection on plant level is ignored.
