Thanks for the response. I am able to distinguish the hourly employee from the supervisors by user id. The hourly employees have a user id that starts with an 'H'. The supervisors user id starts with an 'M'. Not sure what you mean about implicit enhancement way of Order program SAPLCOIH. I am more familiar with user-exits.
