HCM Process and Forms Error "Personnel number has retired/is a pensioner" while updating Infotypes

Hi Experts,

We are trying to implement Termination action using HCM Process and Forms with FPM form.

In this we are updating mainly PA Infotypes Action(0000), Org Assignment(00001) and OM infotype Relationship(1001) for position.

We were able to update many employees without any problem, but we are getting the error "Personnel number <pernr> has retired/is a pensioner" for some employees. This message is coming from Message Class 5A message 127.

This can be a HR data related issue, but don't know what to be checked, these employees are active in the system.

Can we suppress this error message? will there be any impact if we do that?

Could anyone share some ideas, how to go forward to identify the issue?
