We have not used a Native HANA data and log backups for PIT from HostA to HostB anytime. We use BACKINT tool to replicate the backups to the secondary datacenter
During our tests for the PIT recovery of HANA system using a BACKINT tool we had to point the recovery process to the path for the log backups and it would automatically do the PIT recovery
You seem to be using native HANA backups for this test
If it is Native HANA backups I would suggest restoring the data and subsequent log backups into a single directory and point this during the recovery
HANA should be able to identify the Data and Log backups leading upto the recovery point and tell you if it has sufficient backups to do the recovery
