I have this CRM system connected to BW 7.0 system as well, there I can able to get the data updated into the target.
The system currently I'm working now is BW 7.4, and the data too is fetched from CRM system, but not creating the hierarchy structure.
Besides, I can able to extract data from all the data sources except this one and hence I presume I do not have authorization issue.
