Hi,

Adobe provided fix based on ADS SP-19 for this issue, so first you can update your ADS status to SP-19 status or above. (If you can't update whole J2EE engine, you can only update ADS to SP-19.)

If you are still facing the error, following information is needed to do further analysis:

1. Access, save and attach the pages with the version information
where ADS is running.

http://<java_host>:<java_port>/sap/monitoring/SystemInfo
http://<java_host>:<java_port>/sap/monitoring/ComponentInfo

2. Enable ADS ,reproduce the issue, save and attach default trace logs, disable ADS trace.
