1. yes, I can open and refresh underline dynamic recipients reports even after the error occurs. Even if I run publication, after the error, everithing is published fine.
2.I checked, and there was no change in start time in WEBI processing servers.
I found that from time to time it is possible to edit 2-3 publications, which are using same dynamic recipients source Webi report, in row and the error occurs let say when I am editing 4th one.
