In future, if you need to figure out something like this:

I am assuming you are using BD12. If so, when you look at the program RBDSEDEB, the FM  MASTERIDOC_CREATE_REQ_DEBMAS is called. Inside this FM you have another call to the FM  MASTERIDOC_CREATE_DEBMAS.

When you start analyzing this FM you will start to see the customer exits. In this case EXIT_SAPLVV01_001. You can edit the include  zxvsvu01 to add you custom functionality.
