Thanks for the quick reply. The screen I was using is a transaction screen. As suggested, I have checked for a normal detail screen, the action is enabled.
Then, how should I proceed for my requirement.
As per the requirement, I have to use an image instead of normal radiobuttons in the Add Points screen and while clicking on the image it should navigate to next transaction screen.
To do the same, I have added an image for entry list and I have triggered an action for the same.
But, while, clicking on the image, it is not navigating to the next transaction screen.

Can you please guide where it went wrong and is not going to the next screen while clicking on the image?
