Thank you for your response! External users is expected to be able to create, schedule and delete reports. Is exposing BI launch pad a good approach to fulfill the requirements? Have you implemented something similar to our requirements?

Is Internal Enterprise Authentication a feature/tool?

Also have you use BI workspaces for external users?
