Distributable cmount in CJ40 and CJ42

Hi all,

Is there any another method to remove Distributable amount from CJ40 and CJ42. In my project, years are shown last 3 and next 5 years. There is some amount in distributable which can not be seen in present years. It is coming from previous years. I am unable to remove by doing total up

Please guide
