Hi Felix

 

Once you complete the Workitem, check SWEL (provided its ON via SWELS with no restrictions) for the posted event. Is it finding the "receiver" immediately or is it showing that the event has been put in Queue?

 

For the latter case, your event queue has be switched ON for load balancing.Check the frequency of the background job SWEQSRV (this job picks up the events in the queues and delivers them) . This might be in long intervals which takes time to pickup the event from the queue to end the work item.

 

You can cross verify if the event queue is ON or NOT form SWEQADM->Tab Background Job -> just above the two buttons on the screen would be the job "active" (or not) status.

 

If the queue is not ON, please share the SWEL screen shot when the posting happens.
