In case you haven't figure it out, once you assign the transport, you need to make small changes to your catalog and/or group. This action will put the object in the transport and you can undo the changes once it has been recorded in the transport.
before you create or make any changes, you need to assign to transport. from here onward, any changes (create or change) will be recorded.
