  • If you are asking in the present context (probably you are) then the reply would be 'This is the distinct behavior of Counter based plans'.
  • If you are asking in general then the scheduling parameters in ordinary single cycle plans etc will have a very useful roles. Call horizon specifies the difference of Plan date (Notification/Order job start date) and Call date (Notification/Order create date). Similarly, a Completion tick tells system not to create further Orders until previous one is open. Similarly the Shift factors for late/early completions adjusts the plan dates/call dates depending upon the late/early completion of previous Order. Likewise the tolerances tells the system that within the specified tolerance periods no date adjustments to be done.
  • I always believed that these things can be better learnt through Dev servers through different exercises/experiments by reading different knowledge pieces available in SCN on the subject.
