I found table wich use this LOBSEGMENT and I run

SQL> alter table SAPI01.ZBD_HRF_CELLS drop unused columns;

alter table SAPI01.ZBD_HRF_CELLS drop unused columns

*

ERROR at line 1:

ORA-12996: cannot drop system-generated virtual column

Now I think about how drop column or move segment.
